1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gt99 platform and all of its services. By accessing the gt99 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are explicitly agreeing to every clause of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Accurate and complete information must be provided when creating an account on gt99. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account login credentials (password, PIN) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If your contact address, phone number, or payment method changes, update your profile immediately. gt99 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gt99 supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through methods outside this list are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (same for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in unusual circumstances or if additional verification is required.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

gt99 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may request additional documentation and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gt99 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Important Bonus Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are only usable on specific games at gt99.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• gt99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time without giving a reason.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

gt99's VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular participation and activity. gt99 reserves the right to change the VIP tier terms at any time.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on gt99 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical error during a game, that round may be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All markets and odds are set by our expert team and will only be settled after the final result is announced. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error causes a discrepancy in a game result, gt99 reserves the right to cancel that round. Incorrect jackpot or prize amounts displayed due to a technical error will not be honoured.

7 User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt99 platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or bugs without reporting them.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using two or more accounts to exploit the system.
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Unauthorized use of gt99's intellectual property or trademarks.

Violating any of the above rules will result in the immediate closure of the account without prior notice.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by gt99

gt99 may immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information regarding identity or age.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals and bonus wagering must be settled before the account is closed.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

gt99 reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
